Insomnia: Insomnia in a young person is complex. Sleep is affected by many things such as the use of caffeine, drugs such as Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) and sleep habits. Behaviorally, sleep is affected by anxiety and stress and worry. So if you are having problems falling asleep and or staying asleep look at your diet, drugs and emotions for the answers first, then go tell a doctor about them.
