No: I only answered no because any spotting in the first trimester can be an indication of a miscarriage. The hip pain could be anywhere from your hips expanding to prepare for the delivery in the future or also be referred pain from ectopic pregnancy. My suggestion is to seek immediate medical attention, before going to the hospital please call your ob/gyn.
