A hypertension cuff (standard) at each drs. office makes me too nervous. should i return my wrist style blood pressure monitor, if used properly?

Blood pressure: Machines that measure at wrist are unreliable. If possible, use the arm cuff for more accurate readings. Really no point taking the time to measure just to get incorrect data.
