Any US this preg?: Please see your doctor regarding your abdominal pain asap since it concerns you. Do not wait for bleeding. You could have an ectopic pregnancy. If no prior ultrasound this pregnancy, then early OB ultrasound should be performed now to look for an intrauterine pregnancy versus ectopic.
