"Landfood": Not all seafood is bad for you. In fact, most are beneficial to your health. The best are fish that have both scales and fins such as some white fish, red snapper, talapia, salmon, mahi mahi all in moderation. Unlikely you are allergic to seafood as a whole. Eat uncooked or lightly steamed vegetables, salads, fruits, herbs, nuts, legumes, oats, lean chicken and beef. Basically, vary your diet.
