Organs in that area: Are ovary, fallopian tubes, small and large intestine, appendix, ureter. Any inflammatory, infectious, or neoplastic condition in those orgas can produce pain. Or it could be hernia, muscle spasm, or even shingles. It could be 100 different things. Best to have a medical evaluation. Puffy eyes i cannot explain.
