Referred pain: You likely have referred adnexal/ pelvic pain into the lower right side. Just to clarify are you getting a hysterectomy, which is removal of your uterus, or hysteroscopy, which is a diagnostic procedure to look inside the uterus/ treat certain conditions? If you will get hysterectomy, see if the pain goes away.
