No changes: Astigmatism is just a extra steep curve in your cornea (sometimes the lens of the eye) and is easily corrected with glasses, contacts or laser refractive surgery.

Depends: If the astigmatism is small, you need do nothing. If it interferes with the quality of your vision you should have an ophthalmologist prescirbe glasses or contact lenses to clear up your vision.
