It could: Be a couple of things, most likely bacterial vaginosis. This is where bacteria from colon is in vagina, grows, makes foul smelling discharge. If you have cramping or fever get seen, an infection in your gynecology organs could cause this, probably not. If it itches badly, could b yeast infection, could try lotrimin (clotrimazole) cream. You might wanna get seen and treated by a doc. Good luc.
