A friend of mine has been battling with white discharge and itching on her private parts she has taken injections and drugs including virginia cream and yet no results pls any recommendations on what she can do?

She should be seen by her gynecologist. It sounds like a yeast infection but it could be something else if it is not responding to anti-fungal creams/treatment. So, she should see a gynecologist in order to diagnose the problem and then an effective treatment can be rendered. Good luck!
