Not clear: Sarcoid is a multiorgan granulomatous condition which is thought to be caused in part by genetic predisposition and environmental exposure. Numerous causes have been postulated but are difficult to prove.

Nobody knows: Reason is unclear. We will win the nobel prize once we find the reason for sarcoidosis.
