It's from stretched: Abdominal wall/ muscles . Follow up with your gyn. Sit ups, kegel exercises may help tone up your muscles. Abdominoplasty is the last recourse. Hope u feel better!

Not Unusual: As a 38yo you may not be as tone abdominally as you were when you were 25. Pregnancy, especially multiple pregnancies can stretch the fibrous material that holds your abdominal wall "flat" try sit-ups or crunches to help strengthen the abdominal muscles to reduce the "pouch" you are noticing.
