Nerve compression: Sounds like you have compressed one of the nerves that goes to the top of your ankle/foot. Hopefully this should resolve in the next few hours if there has been no specific injury to the leg. Seek medical attention is if persists or worsens or tingles in an expanding area or is associated with weakness.

See below: It sounds like you have a nerve compression. Use heat to the area and try to continue range of motion. If persists see a podiatrist.

Sounds like: A nerve problem. Did you have any trauma to area? Wear new shoes or something else? Try some ice over area and if persists see your local podiatrist.
