Yes with prescriptio: If you have a valid prescription (less than one year old) you can. Many places will carry a large assortment of lenses, hopefully one with your prescription.

Be careful!: As much as you may be in a rush, contact lenses are not benign and need to be properly fitted to your eyes. See a reputable eyecare provider that examines your eyes and fits your eyes properly with a follow up check to ensure its good fit in a week or so later.
