Hi doctors, last night i accidentally slept with my contacts in. when i woke up this morning, they were stuck to my eye, but i got them out. after that, my eye is having mild irritation. is this -going-to-the-doctor-worthy?

Yes Get it checked: I suggest you should get it checked by your Doctor preferably your eye doctor.You might have caused corneal abrasion as you say it was stuck to eye and you got it out and you feel mild irritation It may be very minor or none at all but it may be better to get it checked
