Change contacts: You need to have your ophthalmologist evaluate your eyes. The dry eye symptoms you are having indicate that a lens worn in the manner you are doing is not safe. You probably need a shorter term lens or one with a high water content. Lasik in the face of eyedryness is a relative contraindication and needs careful evaluation prior to doing it.

Dry eye: I would recommend discontinuing overnight wear of your contact lenses. This will likely resolve the issue. Dry eye and overnight contact lens wear is a set up for a corneal infection.
