Hard to say: It could be a blocked salivary duct, but it could also be something more serious. Is it stable in size or is it growing? How is your dental history.. Do you have broken down teeth? Social habit history.. Smoking ? As you can see, you need to be examined locally to be given definitive answers. All the best.
