Mucocele: Sounds like you have a mucocele. This is a benign condition but can be painful. If they cause symptoms and ENT can remove.

Get diagnosed: Get it looked at by either a dermotologist or oral surgeon. They may want a biopsy fo a definitive diagnosis.
