Assuming breast US: Lymph nodes are the factories for the cells and compounds that help fight off infections, even when you do not even know you have one. However, they should return to normal. I would make sure the breast exam and mammogram are normal, and that there are no symptoms or pertinent history (family included). A short term (1-3 month) follow up us may be helpful to show lymph node shrinkage.
