"Everyday stress"?: This depends on your personal sensitivities and what you typically experience in your daily life. What is everyday for me, might not be for you -- and vice versa. Stress responses include increased blood pressure; rapid heart rate; poor sleep; increased tension and muscle aches & pains; anxiety; changes in appetite; digestive complaints; distraction and difficulty focusing & concentrating, etc.
