Call your doctor: Your TSH needs treated, as its elevated but sounds like your having symptoms of too high of a replacement dose -----see your doctor and have your TSH rechecked to be sure.

Hyper?: Not enough info. If normal T4 and T3 (liothyronine) and no symptoms of hypo state you may have subclinical hypo. But if your doctor started you on replacement may be you had some symptoms. Many physicians observe if no symptoms and less than 10 in subclinical hypo. Sound you are hyperthyroid now( loosing weight and tachycardia). Most possibly due to your meds. Before changing anything talk to your doctor.
