Depends on location : Pain in the collarbone (clavicle) can be due to issues in the shoulder if the pain is further out from midline; if the pain is midline this could be related to inflammation in the junction between the collarbone and sternum. See a local orthopedic surgeon to pinpoint and appropriately manage your symptoms.
