No medicine: Most of the time, no medicine is given to six month old babies for diarrhea. Medicines are neither helpful nor necessary. I don't know what you mean by "diarrhoea with 2 month later." diarrhea for 2 months? Diarrhea that was two months ago and now again? If she has had diarrhea for two months, see her doctor to make sure she is gaining weight appropriately and for a full evaluation.
