Viral illness: 2 years old child with cough for 2 weeks also vomiting and diarrhea and no fever. This points to a viral bronchiolitis which typically begins with URI symtoms and then lower tract sign and symtoms. Your child should be rehydrated immediately by small amount of pedialyte repeatedly. Call his doctor or take him to ER if he shows sign of dehydration (fast heart rate, dry mucosa, dry diaper etc...)
