Monitor hydration: As far as what to feed, I would either do nothing different and just forge ahead as this may just be a little viral gut bug. You could try a lactose-free formula for a couple of days - easier to digest. If she starts vomiting, then use Pedialyte for a few feeds until the vomiting stops. Most important, monitor hydration - wet diapers, is mouth moist, lips moist, cries tears. If not, call doc!

Viral diarrhea: often babies will catch a virus that manifests itself as only a changed stool. This sounds like typical virally-induced stool change. I would continue the formula for now, but change the baby's solid foods to only binding foods like rice cereal, bananas and applesauce. If the baby still continues with these symptoms for more than 4 days, gets fever or vomiting, you should see a doctor in person
