My 4 month old is constipated as of tuesday. she gets probiotic daily and juice/water mix but still no bm. how can i help her go? she seems in pain

Regular Feed ???: Constipation is best defined as a thickened or dry stool produced when the large intestine extracts too much water. Breast fed babies can have poo every feed or only 1/wk. If it is soft, it is normal.Solids like cereal or applesauce are natural constipators & i don't advise their use at this young age.Full strength apple juice or prune juice @ 1 oz once or twice daily will often loosen stools.
