Is paroxetine: It is a good med. What you need to think about is how you feel, not what you read. Stuff you read is not always true. If the medicine is working for you it is good. If it is not then you need to visit your doctor again!

Anger & mood swings?: Seroxat is a brand name for generic paroxetine, an ssri antidepressant. You and your doctor should be assessing how you're doing with this medication -- and i'm sure your doctor would also want to know of any concerns you have. If having anger & "mood swings" on antidepressants, you also need careful assessment for any signs of bipolar disorder. Please see your doctor asap!
