Sounds like: It is still in your system even at dinner the next day. Tell your doctor about this. You might need a different med.

Seroxat (paroxetine): Nausea is commonly reported side effect of this ssri antidepressant/anxiolytic. If food lessens the nausea, try taking it with evening meal or with a bedtime snack. If nausea persists, discuss other med options with fp/ prescribing doc.
