No idea?: This is not a common complaint. Why are you not eating for 12-24 hours? Allergic reaction? This would need to be seen by a dentist for a proper diagnosis. Have him\her look at it when your palate is sore and swollen as described. You also might want to re-evaluate your eating habits and how this affects your general health. When was your last medical checkup?

Not a typical : Complaint. Was it a certain type of good that triggered the reaction? Any allergies to certain foods. Sorry can't offer a diagnosis. Hope this helps.
