Should be considered: One of the most important contributors to your height is your parent's heights. 4'5'' is definitely short and is significantly below the 5th percentile for height. Unfortunately, by age 19 you have probably completed growing and there really is nothing that can be done for your height. There are some endocrine and rare genetic diseases that should at least be thought of. I would ask you doctor.

Yes: There are multiple reasons for short stature & some involve genetic issues that may be somewhat silent for now but predispose you to specific medical problems in the future. I would have a thorough evaluation to address the issue. The outcome can either give you comfort or help you plan ahead.
