Myositis?: do you have a rash? is it muscle weakness? Are you well rested and sleeping well and free of depression. Dermatomyositis can present in you age group with muscle weakness and you would have high CPK enzymes which are not usually tested for in a comprehensive metabolic screen. Sometimes it starts as just a myositis or muscle weakness. Maybe you were already tested for this. Check it out
