HRT: Hrt is hormone replacement therapy. It is especially recommended for women with premature ovarian failure. It is critical to get the hormones your body requires especially estrogen to keep your bones strong, hair soft and shiny, decrease heart disease, decrease certain cancers, keep the vagina well lubricated, keep sexual desires, and many others. Hrt for women after age 50 is controversial.
