Should hrt elimate all menopause symptoms? or is it normal to still have some hot flashes after 6 weeks on it?

Unlikely: No pills can replace the natural rhythm of the body. While hrt can raise your level back to normal, it cannot "adjust" quickly so it's possible some symptoms can remain.
