Burn hole: Good morning! hard to say without a photo, but hair removal performed over a tattoo, especially one of darker color, can often result in loss of pigment on that spot. If your skin is intact (which i sure hope it is!), allowing several weeks for the healing process to occur followed by retatooing of that areas should solve the problem. I hope this helps.

Not good: That is at risk for scaring and infection. First keep it clean and apply antibiotic ointment like Bacitracin or Neosporin provided you are not allergic. Some products like mederma may help but in all likely hood this area will have a scar form
