Several things: First, protect the burn from sunlight and harsh scrubs/products that could cause further damage. Next, notify the laser doctor so s/he can evaluate and properly treat the burn. This may require topical medication for burns. If you don't have a laser doctor or do not trust your doctor, seek a second opinion from a doctor experienced in laser treatments.
