Unrelated: More than likely your rotator cuff injury has little effect on your posture. If it is a large full thickness tear, then you may have developed some scapular movement problems as compensation for loss of cuff function. My guess is that with your young age, it is a partial thickness tear. These can often be successfully treated with rehab, which in your case should incorporate scapular exercise.
