I was just diagnosed with sjgren's syndrome with a positive speckled ana and titer of 1:80. i do have some dryness of the eye but no dry mouth.normal?

ANA not impressive: An ANA of 1:80 is not impressive especially in a speckled pattern and is borderline positive at best. Are your ssa and ssb antibodies positive? If they are not, get a 2nd opinion.

Sjogrens Syndrome: There is a really good website for reference. Sjogrens.Org. This site has allot of valuable information that may help with your condition. Dry mouth can be a concern as it can cause a rapid increase in tooth decay. Feel very fortunate if you do not have dry mouth as I have seen it cause many problems.
