No but stay away: Sun tanning will not change your ana. However, lupus is extremely sun sensitive. The sun is not good for you and may flare your skin lupus lesions - make them worse. So you will be much better and much more comfortable if you don't tan.

Lupus and sun: Sun exposure can cause an all-out systemic lupus flare in people with lupus, including joint pain, fatigue, inflammation of kidneys and an increase in lupus skin lesions. All people with lupus, whether it is just skin disease or systemic disease, need to avoid sun exposure and ultraviolet exposure from tanning beds.
