Surgery may help: Facial asymmetry is normal, the right and left sides of the face are different. In cases of severe asymmetry, surgery involving movement of the facial bones can improve form and function. (orthognathic surgery). Often, a perioperative period of orthodontics (braces) is required so the teeth will meet normally once after the facial bones are moved. Facial implants may also help cosmetic outcomes.

Many explanations: If this swelling phenomenon is new, see your primary care doctor immediately. If this is not new and the shape of your face has not recently changed, seek a consultation with a facial plastic surgeon to discuss your options. The possible options range from office treatments, to facial implants, to move invasive surgical procedures.

Depends on cause: We are all asymmetric, meaning that your right and left side are never a mirror image of each other. However there are reasons that may make you more asymmetric. Unless this has just started in the past few days, my recc is to see a plastic surgeon that can discuss different options with you.
