"CPR level" - :): If only it was that easy. If you mean CPK (aka ck) that is a marker of muscle breakdown, which is not specific except in its "mb" fraction that comes from heart muscle, so if ckmb is up, it is concerning. If you meant CRP (c-reactive protein), it is a nonspecific inflammation marker. Either suggest something that should be seen by a dr, though, who can get history & ekg to better answer question.

CRP: High sensitivity c-reactive protein, a nonspecific market is systemic inflammation, is an independent predictor if adverse cardiovascular events. Not recommended for screening in general population. In patients with high risk factors, it may help prompt more aggressive treatment. Low levels may reclassify the same patient as a low risk.
