See below: "unconscious and exhaling only" sounds like agonal breathing so he was not dead yet but very close to it. Both massive stroke and massive heart attack may result in severe damage to the brain because of lack of oxygen. Even if resuscitated, these patients usually don't wake up and die eventually of multiple complications. Sorry!

Since i was 11 I have fainting spells. My body gets real hot. Heart beats fast. Lose sight and hearing and finally ill fall over unconscious. I do not hav anxiety and it's gotten worse with pregnancy.
3 years ago, I started getting heart palpitations when I sleep. There's no fear, stress or anxiety. Just neutral. The palpitations only happen when I'm unconscious. When I wake up it slows back down. I don't even have to move. What is going on?
My cpr level is mildly elevated should I be worried about a heart attack?
