I've never been able to workout in the mornings because inevitably i get a migraine later in the day. is this something i can "train" my body to do?

Hydration: Be sure to stay hydrated. If you dry yourself out by training it can cause a migraine. Try drinking a full liter of water or a sports drink after finishing your work out and see if that helps.
