Go to doctor now: Call your doctor now or take him to an urgent care clinic. If he can't keep down water, he may become dehydrated easily. When vomiting is mild, you can try small sips of pedialyte or diluted gatorade, starting with 1/2 ounce at a time. Gradually increase as tolerated. If vomiting persists, he needs to see a doctor.

Vomiting: Do not give your son anything for at least 1 hour after he last vomited. Then, give him sips of gatorade every 10-15 minutes for an hour. If he tolerates that for an hour or so, you can slowly increase the amount of gatorade given. Take it slow though and don't worry about solid food. Do not give any dairy (milk, yogurt). Once tolerating liquids, you may offer banana, applesauce, crackers.
