Compression fracture: This means you have a fracture of the vertebrae that has decreased the height of the T11 vertebrae by 50%+. The multilevel degenerative disease would suggest arthritis in multiple vertebral levels of the spine.

VCF and DDD: This implies several problems. First, a broken bone in the mid back (about bra level) with collapse to half its original height. If you are unaware, you likely have osteoporosis or other cause for this problem. You deserve an evaluation by your doc for this to make sure no serious condition exists. The ddd is simply arthritis. Like wrinkles or gray, age has its effect on our bones/joints...
