Need evaluation: There are many possible causes of these symptoms, including small intestine bacterial overgrowth, intestinal candidiasis, pancreatitis, gastritis, gallstones, gastric or duodenal ulcers, or even systemic infections such as lyme disease and/or babesiosis. I advise seeing a doctor, perhaps a gastroenterologist, or a good internist or family doctor (preferably with a holistic approach). Good luck!

Get evaluated: Proceed to emergency room or your primary if you can get in same day. The sweats and near fainting demand attention. You will likely need intravenous fluids, imaging and some type of intervention. Don't wait.
