Doctor can examine: If in lower back, some causes of pain there include: back muscle strain, ligament sprain, fractured vertebra (spondylolysis), slipped vertebra (spondylolisthesis), herniated disc, spinal stenosis, spinal arthritis, urine or kidney infection or stone; tumor in the spine, kidney, or elsewhere; fibromyalgia, etc... With runny nose and nausea, could be viral infection too. One's doctor can evaluate.
