4 weeks: It would be approximately 4 weeks old, maybe 4 weeks & 4 days but that measurement i'm sure is not exact because the ultasound is not exact, so neither is what I am telling you about yourself . It is just answering how old is a gestational sac that size!

About 4 weeks: That size is about 4 weeks gestational age, or 2 weeks since fertilization.

Five weeks: The gestational sac size is consistent with a five weeks plus maybe one or two day pregnancy.This is approximately three plus weeks from conception.
