Unclear: Gestational age based on a gestational sac measurement is not too reliable. Once a fetal pole is seen on ultrasound, you will have a better idea. That being said, typically a gestational sac can be seen sometime between 4-5 weeks. Best of luck to you with your pregnancy!

4 weeks: It would be approximately 4 weeks old, maybe 4 weeks & 4 days but that measurement i'm sure is not exact because the ultasound is not exact, so neither is what I am telling you about yourself . It is just answering how old is a gestational sac that size!
