No, sorry: It will likely have no effect at all on allergies and congestion.

Probably not: Progesterone may increase nasal congestion. Prometrium, micronized progesterone, even administered by mouth, has less side effects than other preparations and less likely to cauase it. However, it would be unlikely to improve nasal congetion.
