Unclear: If you did have a bilateral oophorectomy as well, then this could be delayed vasomotor symptoms from low estrogen. If you did not have a bilateral oophorectomy in 2011, then this could mean your ovaries are failing or your thiroid is our of sync. Have a random fsh, Estradiol and TSH drawn. You cannot be without estrogen at your age as you bones may not recover the loss: need to see a doctor.
